 RUBRICS is a dynamic training institution that seeks to enhance participant's knowledge in English through tried and proven system of instructions.
Established in Sept. 15, 2005, it is now a successful language center that offers a dynamic training course on IELTS (International English Language Testing System ), Intensive English Review, and Public Speaking.
We guide every participant in hands-on drills and test taking strategies until the day of scheduled exam because we believe that every member of rubrics is an integral part of our organization and is considered part of the “ family” thus, you are always at home with us.
We have experienced IELTS instructors who have passed English proficiency exams namely, TOEFL, TSE, TOEIC, and IELTS, and are University of Cambridge ESOL TKT certified and trained in accordance with International Standards in English Language Teaching. Our instructors are committed to impart quality and credible learning modules crafted to promote a sense of freedom and non threatening environment towards students which will enable them to fully maximize their potentials |
